Two ways to work with us.
We hire independent contractors for editorial, design, film and outreach work — and we pay for introductions that turn into clients. Both start with the same short form.

Which one fits you?
One is for people who want to do the work. The other is for people who know someone who needs it done.
Option 01
Independent contractor · 1099
Project-based work with a publishing company that has been running since 2010. You keep your own schedule and your own clients; we bring the briefs, the deadlines and the credit line.

Option 02
Referral programme
Know a business that needs a website, a newsletter or a brand? Send them our way. If the introduction becomes a client, you share in it — no cap on how many you send.
- Open to anyone — no contract required
- Submit as many referrals as you like
- We confirm receipt and keep you posted
- Terms agreed in writing before payout
Application
Independent contractor application.
Tell us what you do and where you have done it. We review applications as briefs come in and keep good people on file — a “not right now” is genuinely not a no.
Project-based
Work the briefs that suit you. No exclusivity clause.
A real credit line
Published work, in a title with an established track record since 2010.
Local and remote
Filming and events are San Antonio based; editorial and design need not be.
How it works
Straightforward, and in writing.
No portal to log into, no tracking pixels, no small print you find out about later.

Fill in the form with their details and what you think they need.
We make contact
Usually within one business day, and we tell you how it went.
They engage us
If it becomes a paid engagement, we agree your referral terms in writing before anything is paid.
